iv)     Purchase of two AR5005 handheld meter readers at a cost of $3,500 each and a $1,500 software upgrade from Sensus Metering Systems

v)      Post facto approval for $5,500 sponsorship of TPGA Sectional Championship golf tournament

vi)     Purchase of InterAct Public Safety Systems software for police records managements system at a cost of $69,995
